Cord Pereira is Senior Director at Noun Ventures where he oversees business development and special projects. Pereira has extensive experience in startups and media ventures stemming from his long career as President of Diamond Sports and Entertainment, where he oversaw a portfolio of companies including professional sports franchises, arenas/stadiums, concert/event promotions, concession operations and media production. Pereira served as President of SISCOM, a technology company with cutting-edge digital video/data services for leading media and sports companies including ESPN, NBA, NHL, and IMG. Pereira was co-creator and executive producer of “The Great Skate Debate”, credited as the first-ever televised home-audience judged (over the internet) sports competition (figure skating), airing prime time nationally on CBS from 1996-1998. Pereira graduated from University of California Santa Barbara, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Sports Management. Pereira is also a music producer and lead guitarist in the Doublewide Kings.
